Random pictures from this and that as of late:
Dave had another conference. This one took us to Ko Olina, where we stayed at the Marriot! This was probably the nicest room I've ever been in. (Those beds! I swear, they were made out of fluffy clouds!) Dave was working most of the time we were there, so by the time we could hit the beach, the weather was *bleh*. :( On the bright side, it had very beautiful scenery, and we also had a de-LICIOUS dinner at one of their restaurants! Dave got seafood, and I got meat and potatoes. :) It was soooooo good! They seated us at a quiet little table, just for two, where we could watch sailboats pass by at sunset.
One of the two new Targets was RIGHT next to our hotel, so we stopped by. I finally exchanged a couple shirts from months ago, and got some cute new stuff. (Everyone should check out their Merona double layered tee shirts, by the way -- light weight without being see-through, and some of them have cute detail around the neck.) I also rekindled my hat fetish and got this one. I mean, come on. How fun is that?
We got to visit Vixen again. During our visit, there were beautiful double rainbows.
And she's still a beautiful (and high energy) dog! Doesn't slow down for a second!
The latest buzz around our house -- Dave brought home a Cricut (CRICK-et) for my early birthday present! YYEEEEAAAAAA! I've already used it several times, and I love it!
I made this 'Thank You' card last night, for someone who let us borrow their car on Maui.
To toot my own horn, I completely designed this card myself on my computer. The word 'thanks' is cut out on the front... yeah, I did that... me. I put the blue paper on the inside, to make 'thanks' stand out. I also used the negative from the car cut-out, just for giggles.
